I'm a deep sea fisherman and I plead with you not to pass the
Proposed Amendments to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations. 
The owners of these boats can't afford to implement these new
regulation. They will have to raise their prices that means they
will pass them on to us the public. They have already raised their
prices because of the restrictions of Covid 19. I know that I being
on a fixed income will not afford to go as much as I do now if
prices are increased. Please look at the economic impacts this will
have on these boat owner and the surrounding businesses that rely
on this sport fishing industry.
