Hello this amendment if it is passed will harm many peoples
tradition of taking younger family members and friends out for a
day to learn to feed themselves and learn good values. The impact
of a few boats engines on the environment is not worth the loss it
will impose on the people of the community, not to mention the lost
revenue of many hotels and small businesses along California's
coast who depend in part on ocean fisherman. Efforts should be
spend elsewhere to help clean up the environment. Chris Martin long
