| Comment | CARB proposed regulations to reduce emissions are cost-prohibitive and will put many family-owned sportfishing and whale watching boats out of business. The regulations will substantially increase the price of passenger tickets, limiting access to saltwater fishing, whale watching and children's science trips. They also threaten jobs dependent on outdoor recreation and tourism. |
