I am writing in regards to the CARB requirements that are being
brought up for the possible future.
I, like many of us boat owners and crewmen have grown up on the
water and have made this our main source of income as well as a
direction for retirement when that time would come.
We have raised families with these vessels and have provided a
service in which we take pride in what we do.
With the future unknown with the looming possible requirements, our
future is a giant question mark and our families and crewmen will
be without a job to support their families.
Please consider a reasonable solution that will not bankrupt the
fleet to meet requirements.
