To Whom It May Concern:

The proposed legislation against commercial and recreational
fishing vessels is going to wipe out an entire industry, at a
critical time when said industry is just starting to recover from
the pandemic lockdown restrictions. Also, as many vessels are owned
and operated by minorities, the legislation can and will be
perceived as discriminatory. 

I urge all involved to reconsider. This legislation will hurt more
than it helps. Thank you.
