Do not adopt regulations hindering sport fishing boats.  The
opportunity of sport fishing is precious and we need to encourage
more people to sport fish. Adoption of emissions regulations for
non highway engines on sport boats is cost excessive.  I want to
take my grand kids sport fishing on my boats
