| Comment | i feel your goals to try and compel the passenger carrying fleet of sport fishing boats plying California's waters to be unfair to the owner/operators that make up the lions share of sport boats. it is too bad there are no technologies that have been born out to work within the confines of boats.(work on ships, they are bigger). technology will be developed that will get you to your goals, but you should allow the tech to catch up you your mandates. remember, your ideas have been driven by any real consensus. just your "board". dont push it. |
