To whom it may concern, the governors unilateral decision is not
well thought out. While I agree, environmental changes would be
helpful, this knee jerk decision would adversely affect millions in
a hugely significant way.  Not only sportfishing boat owners, but
fish processors, deck hands, restaurants, hotels and even tourism. 
This doesn't even account for the millions of average citizens, who
can't afford a boat, who take advantage of the sport boats in order
to recreate and in many instances, to feed their family.  I hope
you will do what you can to reconsider this decision and come up
with a more practical and feasible solution.  Thank you.
