| Comment | I think your decision to recommend making the charter boats to retool or buy a metal boat will put them all out of business. it seems like your board and Gov. Newsom have the same agenda, force the whole state to lose small businesses. Whale watching and sport fishing add to our states ecconomy in a positive way. |
