As a passanger on multday fishing boats for over 10 years i
respectfully urge CARB to reconsider the new regulations to the
sportfishing fleet. The owners of the boats and crew are
environmental thoughtful and respectful that I have witnessed. 
After all it is there livelihood and would like to keep it alive.
The fishing fleet is something that has been passed down from
generation after generation not just as owners but ir passanger to
ground the fleet will remove access to the open ocean for a lot of
passangers like me and end faimly traditions for those that meet
once a year and go fishing.In the big picture it is a small fleet
and a good number of those boats run there trips out of California
and in Mexican waters. As a life long fisherman my best memories of
my father was ridding sportfishing boats with him.As a life long
sportsman are actions were respectful as to not ruin the
environment that we would go into so that it would thrive for
generations to come. As stated early it is a very small fleet of
boat in a very big piture.I feel it would deviating to shut that
