| Comment | It is completely wrong to lay the requirement and blame on relatively small, generally family based businesses to repower or replace their vessels. You will be destroying a very hard working industry. There are so many big polluters to go after but you don't have guts to do so, not to mention you will ship all these jobs to noncompliant countries and buy their fish from them . ABSURD.
