| Comment | Please do not move forward with requiring Cat4 engines on California boats. While the goal is worthy, the complete lack of available and affordable engines for these boats make the measure draconian. I, like 10s of thousand others love boating and fishing in California. This measures takes away the livelihood of my and the enjoyment of millions. |
