Please stop this requirement for small boat owners, and
fishing boats....at least for the time being. With Covid 19 still
Not over, these business people have really already struggled a
great deal these past 18 - 20 months, and haven't yet recovered.
The few numbers of people that would receive air quality
relief from this expensive
upgrade, does Not (in my opinion) equate to what will be lost if,
and when, they go out of business. I live just a mile from the
water. As a Senior Citizen, taking a harbor cruise or going whale
watching is an activity I completely enjoy - and can still afford -
and participate in several times a year. I, among MANY, hope our
small boat owners will be around for many years into the future.
After our Country, State and Community recover in a few more
years, this issue can always be revisited.
