To whom it may concern, 

Please stop this nonsense of trying to outfit passenger boats with
your nonsense ideas that is not safe, non economical, anti small
business ideas. Leave the sport fishing and all small business
alone and let them thrive. Everyone is still trying to recover from
the pandemic and you people have another non sense ideas to put a
nail to the coffin of these small business people.
