To whom it may concern,
I can't afford to by a boat to go fishing. I take use the local
sportfishing boats. They provided a great service to those of its
that can't afford to buy boats so we can fish for food and sport. 
My understanding is that California is going to impose some
regulations that will make it almost impossible for these
sportfishing boats to remain in use. The boat operators would have
to charge so much more per trip that hardly anyone will be able to
afford to pay the cost of the boat admittance cost. Most of the
anglers that I know would just drive to Mexico and go fishing from
there. The money that would have gone to Californians will then be
spent in Mexico. 
Please reconsider your decision that will destroy California's
great sportfishing.
