| Comment | Save our boats, don't force boat owners out of business. Keep cost down for the enjoyment of our younger generation to experience our oceans .Please Find other solutions And don't make them homeless. California has to many already. Spend my tax money on fixing homeless in the inner cities before it spreads to our coastal areas. Don't do it to the small business owners. |
