Honorable CARB Board:
The proposed Commercial Harbor craft Regulations has too many
unintended consequences and should be rejected and reworked.  The
impact will force the majority, if not all, small, hard working
multi generational families to shutter their family business.  We
are still in the middle of a global pandemic which has forced
business closures and emergency regulations on the businesses this
impacts.  While the harbor craft industry has adapted and complied
with emergency regulations so they can continue operating, the
industry can not survive the burden the proposed regulations
present.  The negative impact of the industry, loss of recreation
and educational opportunities to California families, California
Fish and game revenue through license sales, California tourism
should make it obvious the regulations need to be adjusted and not
approved.  Please protect our state and reject the regulations. 
The many voices from business owners, citizens and other agencies
all have reviewed the matter and have reached the same conclusion -
the only vote should be no.
