| Comment | Please consider "grandfathering" the existing fleet for exemption to your proposed regulations. Requiring retrofits is not at all reasonable and will decimate this industry. At some point you need to consider the "cost to benefit" aspect of your proposed regulations. Maybe you should require railroad diesels that operate in the state to clean up their emissions too. Oh wait, Silly me, I forgot that the railroads are much more powerful than a small group boat owners. |
