Hello, We are hoping that you reconsider what you are trying to
pass. This will impact the families and owner operators that own
these operations and businesses by taking a lively hood not only
from them but from their children. Also, me personally, I use these
boats as a theraputic outing that helps me get through things in
life. Just being out on the open ocean is very relaxing and helps
many people in more ways than just fishing as a hobby. I really
hope that this can be reversed so that something like this does not
take away from the thousands if not millions of us Californians
enjoy and make a living from.
