Please dont d this. Youre putting families of generations who
relied on fishing out of work, this will do nothing to protect our
oceans from pollutants. Its economically unfeasible and furthermore
its stupid. 

How is it even constitutional to do such a biased thing? Why are
metal boats exempt?  Why do you allow cars and horrible diesel
engines to remain on the road. Vintage cars and older diesel trucks
are gross polluters and except from this. Shame on you for
considering something so ignorant and stupid. 

From someone who lives in humboldt county one of the most
environmentally sensitive and threatened places in california, you
guys are ass backwards in attempting to attain what you want and
seem to have little grasp on understanding environmentalist or the
one degree factor. 

Youre literally throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
Furthermore if it does pass, i hope the only people who suffer are
yourselves and your children. Why? Because for a short time our
fleets and their kids will suffer, but were strong were dynamic god
forbid we have to, but if we do, we will get through it; I have
zero confidence in your capabilities of overcoming the same
adversity, with this i leave you: dont pass this ignorant bullshit
and if you choose to do, I hope you guys crash and burn with your
policies.
