7. There are numerous examples of major polluters working within
the state why would you come down like the hammer of GOD on an
industry that contributes so much to both individuals and the
state? The people that own these boats aren't rich,they can't
afford a major refit. Their livelihood will be taken away from
them.The people that use their services can't afford to pay double
or triple the fee,I can't afford to pay double the fee.Just think
of the business.owners and employees that will be affected by this
law for no real gain to the environment.
