Good morning,

As an avid fisher of 20+ years and engineer. I would hate to see
people forced away from the fishing and water. I am currently
striving to work for the air pollution control district down here
in San Diego County. I think people should have the choice of what
to purchase. Plus taking away one of the reasons we live in
California isn't really a wise decision. Numerous people are moving
away in droves. I realize C.A.R.B. thinks they know what is best
for everyone but destroying history for profit doesn't make sense.
We still haven't built the infrastructure for the electric vehicles
how will you market boats? I ask for wisdom. I also work at the
registrar of voters every election and have no political party if
that matters since everyone makes these things political.
