I am asking you to not approve Governor Newsome's proposed
passenger boat regulations that require new engines and technology
that is not feasible from a safety, financial, or operational stand
point.
Some probably most of the sportfishing vessels will be put out of
business. 
My grandfather fist took me fishing in the ocean and I have kept up
the family tradition.
If passed you will take this away from my family and many others.
please save sportfishing in our state for future generations to
come.
There has to be a way to help the environment without taking this
away !
