| Comment | To Whom It May Concern, Our Southern CA fishing fleet is world renowned as some of the best sports fishing available, a real treasure to CA. This fleet serves millions that will be denied access to the open sea. Significant economic warm will come to coastal communities that depend on sports fishing, whale watching, and lobster harvesting. I am a avid sports fisherman that has enjoyed sharing this vital industry with many family members and friends. Some of the best fishing I have ever experienced has just been in the last few years and if this industry is taken away it will be devastating to California's economy. Please save our boats!
