| Comment | To the CARB, I have been a recreational sportfishing enthusiast in California for over 50 years and look forward to going on the local family owned sportfishing boats in San Francisco and San Diego. Unfortunately the regulations you are considering will likely put most, if not all of these boats out of commission. The only reason I can see for this to occur is that California needs more unemployed workers on welfare. Please reconsider your proposed amendments before you destroy an entire industry. Thank you. |
