| Comment | To the board, I have used sport fishing boats since I was a child. I also have taken them out with my children throughout the years we have a lot of fun memories. I think the older boats should be grandfathered in if you pass this rule. The financial impact is to great not to. Thank you for your time, Dan Moreland |
