| Comment | These new regulations will impact thousands of families and small business owners who rely on their boats as a source of income, additionally, local recreational activities which bring in good revenue to the local economy and joy to local citizens and tourists alike like whale watching, fishing/angling, and other activities will be adversely impacted. People deserve opportunities to fish at a reasonable price and with the proposed changes fishing will no longer be affordable! |
