CARB:

I strongly oppose the proposed new regulation for passenger boats
that will require new engines and technology.  We are currently
being over regulated by new State and Federal mandates. 
Implementation of this new regulation will put thousands of people
out of work because retrofitting costs will be too exurbanite to
implement. 

I have been fishing out of Charter boats at least 15 times a year
over the last 10 years.  This will put an end to Commercial sport
fishing.  There are thousands of other fisherman that will also be
impacted.   

Please vote down this proposed regulation.
