I really don't understand why a government and a Governor would
want to destroy and industry.  I have been fishing and working on
sport fishing vessels practically my whole life.  I've brought up
my 14 year old daughter to enjoy the sport of saltwater fishing and
to appreciate what it is like being out on the ocean.  I understand
wanting to help the environment.  What I don't understand is why
you would want to destroy and industry and peoples livelihoods of
thousands of people that work on these vessels that will have to
shutdown because of your narrow mindedness on trying to save the
world.  

Do the right thing and save the sport fishing industry, the whale
watching/ecology industry and any other local bay cruise industry
that you are currently targeting.
