To whom it may concern,
As a frequent consumer of the services provided by the ocean sport
fishing industry, I would like to request that the input and
concerns voiced by the trade organizations  that service the above
commercial boating industries be considered.  In over 40 years of
being on the water, I have never seen an industry group more
concerned with their environmental impact than the sport fishing
and ocean wildlife tour industry.  Please consider the practical
and economical impacts that the proposals that you are considering
will have on the trade groups and the consumers that they serve.
