| Comment | THIS Email is in regards to your proposed changes in vessels using out great oceans in California. I am strongly against these changes. As a Californian for 60 years, I have enjoyed using the CA coast for fishing and boating. I find it unacceptable that you are even thinking about these changes. Economically this will destroy the saltwater fishing charter business and we'll as personal fishing in this state. The changes if enforced are cost prohibited for our fishing industry. Please rethink your position. This would destroy not only the fishing industry in California but the pleasure boat industry as well. Michael Smith |
