| Comment | You cant force technology that is not there on these guys .to think you can replace any of the boats over 40 ft fot 1 million or so is absured try 7 to 10 million minimum on the larger vessel that fish long range. This is absolutely absurd! The existing program is fine but still cost the owners anywhere from 1 - 350 thousand to install them so get real leave it alone and stop trying to kill a generational fishery that the public absolutely loves.
