| Comment | To CARB, It is foolish on your part to implement unreasonable restrictions and demands on an industry when it affects the common good and well being of the public fishing society. Many people rely on these fleets to take a break from busy and stressful lives. To add unreasonable costs for the fleet would add that cost to our ticket prices and thus out of reach for many California citizens. Regards, Tom O'Malley |
