Hi,
I am writing in opposition to the proposed regulations which would
severely impact our ocean boats.  The working class already has
limited access to our coastal waters due to increased costs on
transportation, sky-high housing market and traffic jams. Please do
not create more obstacles which would further prevent us from
enjoying our waters.  There aren't enough of these boats to make an
environmental impact and they are already using clean and efficient
motors.
