| Comment | Hello CARB folks, Your emissions standards will change the economy and sportfishing off the coast of California forever. Please do not put these sportfishing boats out of business and take my ability away to fish recreationally as well as feeding my family with the catch from these sportfishing boats. Fish is expensive and is too costly for me to purchase fresh fish to feed my family. Additionally, it will hurt California's coastal economies. Thank you for your considerations, Gene |
