Please consider that many of us older Californians have few if any
activities that we can participate in. For me and many others
fishing is one activity that gets us up and out for not only
exercise but also interaction with others not to mention food when
we are luck enough to catch some fish.

Boating and fishing are important to me and if taken away I would
add this to the many reasons I am considering leaving California to
go to another state where I can enjoy my retirement.

Please do not deny me one of the few enjoyable activities I have
left.
