This proposal doesn't make sense when there are much more pressing
issues like hunger and climate change. This proposal will shut down
and destroy all industries using watercraft. Stop ruining
California and forcing people to leave and go elsewhere. I was born
in San Diego and California is my state my home.... Do not force us
to leave. Thanks for listening
