Please reconsider this action. If this is passed and as boats go
out of business millions of Californians will be denied access to
the open sea and significant economic harm will come to coastal
communities that depend on outdoor tourism. My newborn son will not
be able to share the joys I have when fishing on these boats.
Please reconsider. It is not fair that our own military is exempt
from these rules and pollute many times over.
