I am asking for you to reconsider your bill and include commercial
passenger fishing vessels for hire with commercial fishing vessels.
I have been fishing all of my life and your bill would put 90% of
boats out of business. Can you please wait for the technology for
an engine towards existing boats. Please reconsider the bill so
fishing doesn't become to expensive and existing fisherman can stay
in business.
