Dear C.A.R.B.,
I'm spiritually connected to the ocean. Being born in Hawaii I have
great love and respect for the ocean and all that it brings. I
surf, boat, fish the ocean and a few times have also had the ashes
of loved ones that have passed scattered at sea.
If these regulation are put into place it would make it more
difficult for an individual or small business to provide for their
family or enjoy all that the ocean offers.
Please withdraw these proposed regulations on personnel water
crafts and for the small business owners of fishing boats that
cater to the individuals to provide food for the families. Also for
the small business owners that provide other services on the
ocean.
