| Comment | Commercial fishing, Sport fishing, whale watching and just boating in general will hurt tourism on the central coast of California if you consider these proposed amendments to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. Besides, metal boats rust which would be terrible for the environment and health of the creatures that live and thrive in our ocean and lakes. |
