| Comment | I am against Gov. Newsom's proposed Passenger Boat Regulations for new engines and technology to be installed into our current fishing, whale-watching and sight-seeing vessels. This proposed regulation would put the vast majority of these valuable business's out of business. The cost to modify these vessels to install new engines and technology would be to much to absorb. We need to keep these vessel's running as they provide a great experience that will be lost by many if these fleet's end up closing down forever. They also bring in a HUGE amount of money to the Bay Area which will be lost from the tourism and fishing industry. Save our Boat's, Thank You |
