I am a fisherman ,I am out fishing in the ocean around twelve times
a year. I am concerned that the new engine regulations will affect
my ability to go ocean fishing. Also I know many people that work
in the Sport fishing industry. My son is also included in that
group so he would have a possibility of losing his job . he's not
young anymore so transitioning to another one would be very
difficult. I'm hoping that we don't need to do these regulations
that would so adversely affect the sport fishing industry it is a
small segment and dosent have a lot of voice on their own they
would be so negatively impacted. Thank you Howard young
