Please DO NOT accept or approve Governor Newsom's proposed new boat
regulations for passenger boats. It would be impossible for the
California fishing fleet, and other boats, to stay in operation
with these unrealistic and unacceptable proposals, and that would
not only decimate the businesses but take away one of the few
enjoyable pastimes--and food sources--available to the California
public. These are draconian measures that go far beyond the scope
of necessity or usefulness.  Thank you for listening.
