| Comment | To whine it may concern, Everyone realizes that these proposed laws do not make sense for the state or the sport fishing industry. Many Californians including myself use these boats several times annually as it is the only financially responsible way to fish out local waters. Many families will lose their jobs and we will lose our ability to fish here in California. Please reconsider these proposed changes |
