Some of the worst policies are made with the best intentions. It is
not to late to fix this. Government agencies are supposed to work
for and with the people. If implemented these regulations would
devastate the sport fishing fleet. You are about to put in place
regulations that cannot be met. That is unreasonable by any
standard. I am urging you to work with the sport fishing fleets to
implement realistic goals that take into consideration the
achievements already made and can be supported by those whose very
livelihoods depend on it. Much of what is being proposed is not
financially feasible and in some cases the technology is not
available. How can arb in good faith make regulations that cannot
be complied with? I am asking you to not implement the regulations
as currently proposed.  Thank you
