| Comment | Please do not move forward on new passenger boat regulations that require new engines and technology that is not feasible from a safety, financial or operational standpoint. This is a penny wise pound foolish approach to carbon neutrality, Instead of destroying the livelihoods of sport fishing boat business owners, protect and restore more eelgrass and wetlands! put solar on rooftops and in irrigation canals.
