As a coastal Ventura county resident, i am concerned about this
legislation and the drastic impact it has on the working class. Not
only does iit impact boat owners and their families financially
severely.  It also impacts also has a major impact on my ability to
the sea and local islands.  It is already prohibitively expensive
to access the the ocean, this will only make it worse.  I urge to
to reconsider and  overturn this legislation. I love California and
what the state has to offer, but CARB continues to limit my ability
to recreate in this state.
