Climate change is one of the biggest dangers to our future for both
health and prosperity.

But destroying small businesses (boat operators) and damaging the
industries that benefit from the draw of these natural resources
(hospitality) is not the way to fix the problem.

Our focus should be on big businesses who are contributing on a
massive scale to pollution, not attacking fishermen and
whalewatchers.

Please stop this bill from cutting off our nose to spite our face.
