Hello, my name is James and I live in the Central Valley. For many
residents in our land locked Central Valley fishing and hunting is
a cherished past time and when it come to fishing the beautiful
waters of the pacific most rely on commercial fishing charters to
experience the deep water.  These charters make the ocean available
to the common man who can take their children on these trips to
renew the tradition of the love for the outdoors.  My dad took my
brother and I on off shore fishing trips and I have always wanted
to take my own son when he comes of age and Mr. Newsom wishes to
take that away from the blue collar outdoorsmen of this state. 
Please consider the livelihoods that would be affected by your
decisions.  This state desperately needs to work on keeping the
hard working people in this state here instead of driving them to
other states that appreciate hard work and tradition. Thank you, I
